Dictation Management

The WebEHR digital dictation module displays either pending or completed voice files sorted by job number, work type, medical record number, dictator ID or name. Pending voice files are color coded to reflect remaining available time by work type TAT and can be reprioritized or reassigned to different work pools or MT’s with the click of the mouse. Historical voice files are stored for six to twelve months, depending on volume.
