Overview
With FutureNet's professional dictation and transcription
package, it is now possible for small transcription businesses and individual transcriptionists to offer cost-effective, competitive services using cutting-edge technology.
Our
professional system can operate as a complete dictation and transcription system, or as a single transcription station. As a complete system, doctors record digital voice files using iRecorder. Transcriptionists then download these voice files, transcribe the dictations, and transmit the completed records. As a transcription station, transcriptionists are connected to either FutureNet's
dictation center, or their own transcription service's office. FutureNet's
professional system makes establishing individual transcription stations or complete dictation and transcription systems both easy and affordable.

iRecorder
To fully utilize the networking capabilities of the iVoice
dictation system, iRecorder was developed for doctors to dictate
either directly into multimedia computers or handheld digital
dictation devices. After dictating, iRecorder uploads
physician dictations to iVoice, sending the voice files to transcriptionists, either by email for remote transcription, or by network for local transcription. iRecorder software on multimedia computers provides an easy-to-use recorder without an expensive hardware dictation station. iRecorder handheld digital dictation devices provide mobility in any environment and transmit dictations to the iVoice server when placed in a docking station.
iRecorder Advantages:

With FutureNet's iPlayer software, transcriptionists download digital voice files through the Internet or network and play them with either a foot pedal or keyboard.
