- Medical care never takes a holiday. For that reason, our service program begins with product design. We have designed our products with safeguards and back-up systems necessary to achieve the lowest possible downtime in the industry. Our support packages are available for all FutureNet products and services.
- FutureNet Support Packages:
- • One year-one fee for systems purchased and installed at client sites
- • On-site emergency hardware services via contracted hardware manufacturers
- • ASP solution clients incur no additional support costs
- • Free software upgrades with service packages, and for all ASP clients
- • Technical support 24 hours a day, every day of the year through designated department contacts
- • Pricing is calculated per server, or per client, depending on the products covered under the agreement. Volume discounts are available.
