Training
FutureNet provides four free training sessions on FutureNet software within 30 days of module
installation. During the pre-installation meeting, the customer will identify employees who will
be taught as trainers for other employees. These trainers will be able to teach
the operation of FutureNet
products to new employees. If the customer has purchased a service package, the
trainers
will have access to FutureNet technical support for questions and training help during business
hours.
If clients wish to send their IT support staff to FutureNet for training, FutureNet will not charge the
training fee, but the client will pay for their staff's travel and accommodation expenses.

sales@futurenet-tech.com. Prices vary per module, class size, and
installation.
Upgrading
Service package clients receive free upgrades and new version releases of FutureNet software. All
FutureNet clients, both service package and non-service package clients, will be contacted when
new versions of FutureNet software are released.
If you are a service package client and wish to upgrade your current FutureNet system, please call
(800)923-4258 during business hours to schedule an upgrade. Upgrade software will be available
on our web site with authorized user access. Clients without a service package may call us at (800)923-4258 or email us at sales@futurenet-tech.com for pricing.
