The WebEHR operation monitor provides a realtime dashboard view of your transcription workflow for exceptional volume visibility and process control. The top level view displays a break down by department (or by accounts for MTSO's) for the number of pending dictations, jobs currently being transcribed, jobs assigned to speech recognition, reports awaiting QA, reports currently being reviewed in QA, and completed jobs queued to upload into the assigned HIM system or other distribution channel.

Tallies of jobs displayed on the top level view which are out of turn around time are highlighted and link to detailed lists that identify the specific job numbers, work types, associated dictator ID's and current workflow stage of each job. This single click access to problem job details enables administrators to efficiently monitor their overall workflow volumes and reassign production efforts to trouble areas as needed.
